Blueberry Banana Smoothie

*Gluten free, contains dairy

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe banana, cut into pieces

6 cups of berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, strawberries (quartered if fresh), or other berries

1 1/2 cup crushed ice

6 cups plain yogurt

1/2 cup honey

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
