Ease into fall with this six-week Gentle Yoga Series. With the cooler temperatures arriving and the holidays approaching, fall is the perfect time to nourish yourself with intentional self care. Settle into the season with gentle, grounding yoga designed to encourage restoration through slowing down your mind and body. Through breathwork, mindfulness, gentle movement and intentional rest, you will fill your reservoirs of stillness and peace.
Come experience the many benefits of a regular yoga practice. This six-week session may help you reduce anxiety, lighten your mood, and improve your quality of sleep.
Lisa had enjoyed practicing yoga for many years, so after her career as a CPA, she pursued her yoga certification in 2016 while living in New York. She has training in restorative yoga and yoga for cancer care. She currently teaches privately and via Zoom.
