Liz embodies a lifelong dedication to spiritual exploration and holistic healing.  Her journey in healthcare began in 2006, working in Oncology at Maine Medical Center, in Portland Maine.  This led to Liz working for Martin's Point Healthcare in their insurance administration side of healthcare, training individuals and supporting collaboration within the business.  This led to an awareness and desire to help people reach wellbeing through holistic modalities.  

Subsequently, Liz attended the Sedona School of Reiki in Arizona as well as Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, studying Reiki and transformational life coaching.  Once moving back to the East Coast in 2019, Liz continued her personal growth and continuous learning by obtaining certifications as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Energy Therapy Master Instructor, Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and Yoga (RYT 500) Instructor and LMT (licensed massage therapist).  Additionally, Liz has honed her skills in sound healing and energy work with animals, reflecting her comprehensive approach to human and animal wellness. 

Reiki:

A Reiki session begins with a consultation, discussing what you would like to focus the session around.  Additional modalities may be incorporated based on the service and clients needs.  The client usually lays on a Reiki (massage) table though a chair may be used if it is more comfortable.  You are fully clothed during a Reiki session but may lay under a sheet and blanket to be as cozy as possible.  

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Master uses their hands to transmit the flow of healing energy (life force energy).  Liz offers Reiki either hands on or hands hovering above the body, depending on your preference, both equally potent in promoting healing and reducing stress.  Liz will gently guide you in a relaxing meditation, adding in optional modalities such as chakra chimes, crystals, crystal alchemy bowls, and gong.  You may sleep, talk, or just zone out in deep relaxation.  Each session is individualized to meet your current needs and support you for your highest and best outcome.
