Liz offers massage, oncology massage, Reiki and energy healing sessions that invite deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and holistic healing.  Her style is intuitive and gentle, rooted in compassion and presence.   Liz creates a safe and nurturing space for your nervous system to rest and your spirit to replenish. Sessions are thoughtfully customized to support your unique needs, whether physical, emotional, or energetic.

With a lifelong devotion to spiritual exploration and holistic health, Liz began her professional journey in 2006 in Oncology at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, and later worked in healthcare administration at Martin’s Point Healthcare in Portland, Maine. Her personal healing experiences with yoga and meditation ultimately inspired a shift toward integrative healing practices, where she found her calling in bodywork, energy medicine, breathwork, yoga and teaching.

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy through the hands to support relaxation, stress relief, and energetic harmony. Liz offers Reiki with hands gently placed on or hovering above the body, both are deeply effective. Each session begins with a guided relaxation meditation then is guided by your body’s unique needs.

Clients often experience a sense of peace, clarity, and deep rest, often falling asleep or entering a dreamlike meditative state. Liz honors the individuality of each session, holding sacred space for healing to unfold naturally. Although Liz does not diagnose or prescribe, she upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professional care.
