About Liz

I am a lifelong student of holistic healing modalities, an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Clarity Breathwork Practitioner, Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, Integrative Energy Therapy Master Instructor, Yoga Teacher~500 RYT, Sound Healing Practitioner, Life Coach and future Massage Therapist.  I am blessed with an amazing supportive family, and many grand animals who also love energy healing.  I moved to the Cape full time in 2022, which has allowed me to dive deep into offering holistic healing modalities. I offer both private and group sessions, in Energy Healing, Yoga, Breathwork and Coaching.  

A session begins with both you and I sitting and talking about what you would like to focus on that day.  We decide on what modalities you would like to add in and then you lay on the Reiki table.  You are fully clothed, minus shoes, and can lay under clean blankets to be as cozy as possible.  

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Master uses their hands to transmit the flow of healing energy (life force energy).  I offer Reiki either hands on or hands hovering above the body, depending on your preference, both equally potent in promoting healing and reducing stress.  I’ll gently guide you in a relaxing meditation, adding in optional modalities such as chakra chimes, crystals, crystal alchemy bowls, and gong.  You may sleep, talk, or just zone out in deep relaxation.  Each session is individualized to meet your current needs and support you the highest and best that I can. 

The space at Nove is a safe, clean, and supportive environment, where you can deeply relax and find healing.  Although I do not diagnose or prescribe, I hold the same high level of confidentiality and ethics you will find within the medical community. It would be my honor to support you in your healing journey.

To enroll for the first time, please call to speak to Jitka at Nove Yoga & Wellness 508-524-1018.  Let her know you will be using your CWC Wellness Card. She will set you up in the booking system.
