wellness eats

You have enough on your plate.

Dinner is on us.

The Wellness Eats program offers clients and their caregivers a total of two entrées, two soups, and one chowder -each week for six weeks. Our tagline, “Dinner is on Us,” reflects our goal: to provide a simple, nourishing meal option during times when cooking may feel especially overwhelming, such as during chemotherapy, radiation, or post-surgery recovery. It’s one less thing to worry about. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared with high-quality, nutritious ingredients, designed to support the particular needs of those going through cancer.  Each entrée includes enough food for two servings.

We offer a variety of meal types including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and animal protein-based options. Our current seasonal menu is displayed below. Meals are immediately frozen after being packaged, and available for pick-up at Cape Wellness Collaborative's office in South Yarmouth, or to be delivered to your home. Delivery is available to most areas of the Cape.

Our Wellness Eats meals are hand-crafted by Culinary Director Chris Shortall and a team of skilled volunteers in the kitchen of The West End in Hyannis.  Using nutrient-dense fresh whole foods, herbs, and spices, Wellness Eats meals are delicious, nourishing, and crafted to perfection.
