Mindful Mondays continues weekly via Zoom, from 12:00 - 12:35 PM.
Focus is on the 10 qualities of the heart that help us to find inner peace and lead to greater ease in our interactions with others. This is a drop-in class for people who are new to meditation, as well as for experienced meditators. Guided by an experienced teacher, our intention is to practice relaxing the body and quieting the mind in order to create inner peace and focus.

Turning the Tide Ovarian Cancer Retreats
In October 2012, a dream was realized for two dynamic ovarian cancer survivors: Anne Tonachel and Robin Bray. Their dream was to provide a restorative retreat for other ovarian cancer survivors in the northeast. When the amazing Kennedy family of Camp Kieve and The Kennedy Learning Center provided the retreat space (in honor of a family member with ovarian cancer), this restorative retreat was born.
Forest Bathing: Deepening Our Relationship with Nature, with Carol Marcy
The concept of forest bathing grew out of a practice in Japan called Shinrin-yoku that spread to China and Korea and now to the United States. It is about swimming in the living being of the forest: drinking in the smells, feeling the breeze on your skin, hearing it move through the trees, soaking up the warm healing rays of the sun, touching the earth with awareness. Haven for Healing
Free Friday cancer support clinic for people living with cancer. Volunteer energy workers provide massage, sound healing, Reiki and other complimentary experiences. Knitting, weaving, journaling and field trips may be offered as requested by the participants. After treatment the participants gather for support group.

Living Fit for You! Cancer Wellness Program
Cancer Rehabilitation, Wellness and Exercise for cancer survivors.
As a participant, you will join a small group for exercise in a safe environment, following COVID-19 guidelines and safety procedures. This is a FREE 6 week exercise program for cancer patients of all ages. People may attend either before, during or after treatment. NOTE: Medical Clearance is required for exercise classes. Topic specific Survivorship Series offered including prostate, lung and breast cancer.

Cape Cod Foot Care, LLC: At-Home Routine Foot Care Services
Kristen Ritchie, RN is a Certified Foot Care Nurse who provides home visits for Cape Cod residents in need of routine foot and nail care. Complications from nail trauma (leading to thickened nails) and cancer treatments (causing nail sensitivity or detachment) are gently approached to address safety and comfort concerns. Pain from overgrown nails and calluses/corns can create added complications to those who are administered certain chemotherapy agents. Peripheral neuropathy causing pain and numbness can be monitored to help prevent permanent loss of protective sensation. Cancer Hope Network
Cancer Hope Network provides free one-on-one peer support to adult cancer patients and their loved ones.
Our nearly 500 survivor and caregiver volunteers provide support from diagnosis, through treatment and into survivorship – including bereavement, when necessary. Support Volunteers have faced more than 80 types of cancer—that’s over 98% of the cancers that will be diagnosed this year. They represent 36 states (plus Canada), range in age from 19 to 94, speak 15 languages, and are prepared to offer hope and guidance through a wide variety of challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis. All volunteer and client matches are overseen from beginning to end by a team of healthcare and social work professionals.

Cape Cancer Fighters-Women's Support Group
Support group for young women with all types of cancer, at all stages of the cancer journey. A space set up for sharing personal stories, tribulations, & all that goes along with survivorship. We focus on directing people to resources to help during & after treatment. Children & caregivers welcome, with activities for kids. We are also available to travel to set up meetings near our members if needed.

This open format group provides women with an opportunity to share personal experiences and learn from others.
