Yoga and movement classes for people facing cancer and their caregivers
Wellness Moves is part of our Wellness Care program, offering access to yoga and movement-based classes designed to support clients and caregivers during and after cancer treatment.
We partner with several local yoga studios that offer gentle, oncology-informed classes for CWC clients and caregivers. To learn more about the benefits of yoga during treatment, we encourage you to download our one-pager below.
In addition, we collaborate with fitness centers across Cape Cod that offer discounted membership options, which can be used with a Wellness Card. These memberships may include access to personal training, pools, and open gym time—providing flexible options to support your movement goals.
You can explore our partner studios and fitness centers under the Movement tab on our practitioner directory. We also offer in-house workshops and classes at CWC throughout the year to complement the services provided by our affiliated practitioners.
Are you a local yoga studio interested in partnering with us?
We’d love to connect—please fill out our brief interest form to get started.
As with any exercise, please consult with your doctor before beginning a yoga practice.
