Jackie's Yoga Therapy practice came about through a series of personal and professional experiences. Her clients and students actually called the practice into being. While working as a psychotherapist and supervisor, she taught Yoga in the evenings. Her psychotherapy clients expressed interest in Yoga as a way to relieve stress. As her Yoga students opened up physically, they began to use her as a confidant and sounding board for issues that came up during Yogic relaxation and stimulation. It was a natural turn of events to merge the two practices and eventually Yoga Therapy was born. She is now offering all three services:Yoga Therapy, Yoga, and Therapy.
With the success of this interdisciplinary approach as a private practitioner, Jackie has further expanded her services. She is offering workshops and retreats scheduled throughout the year, or as desired by you. Workshops and retreats can also be CREATED by you and attended by your select group.
Additionally, Jackie is regularly involved with non-profit work. She works with the GALE fund among other activities.
