My own serious meditation practice began in 1980, under the tutelage of Marci Kersten of Jamaica Plain, Ma. The power of meditating became apparent to me very quickly, as the benefits of our practices were quickly experienced by myself and my classmates. More enhanced intuition, calmer overall state, freedom from various types of stress, more groundedness, a more balanced energy field as well as self-awareness of it, and stepping over the threshold into a transformational process that would ensue for the rest of my life.

Over a 27 year period I have taught many of my clients to meditate and assisted them in hurdling the obstacles that present themselves to many as they start to work with their minds in such a different way. It has become my passion and joy to do this.

There are thousands of meditation styles, and I have discovered through working with others over the years that their chosen style of meditation does not always serve them in the best ways possible. Meditation Prescription offers maximum healing capabilities, and changes can be made to adapt specifically to one's very specific and individual needs on their evolutionary path.
