PRACTICE: Cape Cod Body and Soul

During my career of 40 + years in the healing arts, I have been fortunate to work with bodies and souls in multidimensional ways. As a bodyworker and healing energy facilitator, I was immersed into a heartfelt, in-depth understanding of the human psyche, energy fields, and blueprints. This skill is very helpful when guiding clients in understanding and working with their own parts to attain healing results.

For 28 years I have taught meditation to many of my clients in order to assist them in hurdling the obstacles that often present themselves to beginners and those challenged by illness as they start to work with their minds in such a different way. It has become my passion to continue this work.

The Meditation Prescription came about when I discovered confusion in many people around meditation. There are thousands of styles of meditation and hundreds of apps out there, which can be overwhelming for the newcomer. Each individual has a specific history, energetic configuration, and need which the Meditation Prescription serves for optimal healing. This work provides a clear practice that is tailored for you personally.

Healing Energy Sessions are offered in my studio or remotely so that you may receive in the comfort of your own home. When we are stressed, traumatized, or struggling with illness, our energy becomes misaligned, blocked and suppressed. Drawing from all my experience and training, again, your session will be created specifically for you, based on your current situation.

CranioSacral Therapy Sessions are offered in my studio. Because this work sits at the interface of the physical and energy bodies, it facilitates a process that allows the body to reset itself. A reset is needed after accidents, surgeries, traumas, illness, treatment and extreme life transitions. This can create a realignment that allows the release of stress, and a lighter, yet more grounded feeling. You will have a subtle yet powerful experience that comes from a light touch on my part.
