Dina Browne

Dina Browne was born and raised in Brighton, MA.  She attended the prestigious Boston Latin School, from which she graduated in 1982 and where she was later inducted into the Varsity Hall of Fame for volleyball and softball.  She was accepted early decision to Dartmouth College and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in 1986.  After working for two years in New York City, in direct marketing and then as a paralegal, Dina enrolled at Boston College Law School.  She graduated cum laude in 1991, earning her juris doctor degree.  After several years working in Boston law firms, she founded the law firm Lamb and Browne, P.C. in 2000 with offices in Holliston and Walpole, MA.  After ten years as an owner of Lamb and Browne, P.C., Dina joined Bletzer & Bletzer in 2011 as a partner.

Dina has represented hundreds of lenders, buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  Dina has also represented insurance carriers and insureds under their insurance policies, including general liability, property, dwelling and homeowner's, automobile and professional errors and omission policies.  She has handled a myriad of cases from simple slip and falls to large construction site accidents involving wrongful death claims.  She has extensive experience in representing restaurants and bars including the handling of liquor liability and dram shop claims, as well as general business litigation, condominium conversions, zoning, commercial and residential leases and landlord tenant matters as well as probate matters.


Dina was the Co-Chair of the Conveyancing Section of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and is an adjunct instructor at New England School of Law. She is a former member of the Holliston Zoning Board of Appeals and former Trustee of Friends of the Commonwealth Museum.  For over ten years she was an alumna admissions interviewer for Dartmouth College.
