Mark Clausen

Mark Clausen brings decades of leadership experience, business expertise, and a deep commitment to community service to his role as President and Chairman of the Board at Cape Wellness Collaborative.

A resident of Dennis, Mark spent 38 years with General Dynamics, where he led supply chain management, strategic proposal teams, and business development in mission systems, cybersecurity, and information technology. His leadership helped drive growth across key business segments and advance technologies that support and protect U.S. service members.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mark is passionate about giving back. Inspired to support those affected by leukemia, Alzheimer’s, and cancer, he has organized 46 fundraising golf tournaments, raising more than $526,000 for organizations including the Leukemia Society of America, Brigham & Women’s Hospital’s Ebert Lab, the Alzheimer’s Association, St. Mary’s Church of Norton, the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, and Cape Wellness Collaborative.

Mark has also held positions with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Fidelity Investments. He continues to serve his community as a Member of Company Management at The Cape Playhouse and as a Board Member of the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox Baseball Team.

Known for his collaborative spirit, strong business acumen, and sense of humor, Mark is dedicated to advancing Cape Wellness Collaborative’s mission of supporting those facing cancer and life-threatening illnesses across Cape Cod and the Islands.
