Join Dr. Kumara Sidhartha in the Sea Level Ballroom at The Pelham House for a talk on his latest book, All My Secrets: Uncovering Messages of Health from Your Body. Drawing from his nearly 30 years of medical practice experience with a focus on nutrition, Dr. Sidhartha uses simple, everyday examples and logic to break down the complex inner workings of the human body and the effect of food on these functions in a narrative format.
Dr. Sidhartha currently practices internal medicine on Cape Cod, but throughout his medical career, he has maintained an interest in nutrition. His efforts have led to various accomplishments, including being the 2016 Medical Honoree of the American Cancer Society of New England for his work to prevent cancer through nutrition education of the community.
