Cape Wellness Rows Info Session #1 (In-Person)

Thanks to our friends at Cape Cod Community Rowing, we’re excited to once again offer our Learn to Row program this summer for CWC clients.

Join us at one of our upcoming info sessions to learn more about the Cape Wellness Rowing program, taking place in June and July (see dates here) and be among the first to sign up for this year’s program.

During the session, Tina Tullberg from CCCR will share details about what to expect, and you’ll also have the opportunity to try an indoor rowing machine.

Who should attend this info session?

• Any CWC client who is interested in rowing

• You are new to rowing and/or a beginner
