Cost: $20 for class (CWC Wellness Cards Accepted)
This class is open to CWC clients, survivors, and previous clients, as well as anyone who has experienced cancer, regardless of their affiliation with CWC. Space is limited to 8 participants, so please register in advance. Thank you!
yoga4cancer is a research based, specialized yoga methodology addressing the specific physical and emotional need left by cancer and its treatments. Y4C classes are always taught by certified y4c teachers with knowledge and awareness of the special needs of cancer patients and survivors.
