Carol Bosco Baumann

A dynamic leader with a deep well of experience across communications strategy, nonprofit leadership, and community development, Carol brings over 30 years of creative, mission-driven work to the organizations and communities she serves. Her work has spanned marketing/communications leadership, economic development initiatives, crisis communications, creative direction, and partnership building, all with a focus on increasing visibility, influence, and impact. Known for her innovative thinking, collaborative spirit, and results-driven approach, she has consistently transformed ideas into action—and action into lasting impact.

Currently serving as the CEO of Cape Wellness Collaborative, a nonprofit offering integrative therapies, nutritious meals, and emotional support to individuals facing cancer on Cape Cod and the Islands, Carol provides visionary leadership grounded in empathy, strategy, and sustainability and is interested in laying down a foundation for long-term growth and sustainability. Previously, as Executive Director of a Community Development Corporation, she led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation by exceeding fundraising goals, expanding its housing pipeline, and strengthening community and stakeholder relationships.
