Niki describes herself as a forever student, holding certifications in Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and Ayurvedic Nutrition. She combines these experiences to hold space, and empower others to connect with themselves through energy work, movement, and mindfulness. Her passion is making these practices available and accessible to anyone who wants to benefit from them.
