EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques, known as ‘tapping’ is a gentle system literally at your fingertips that significantly reduces stress hormones in the body to improve health and well-being.

Here are some ways to think about EFT:

- Acupuncture without the needles

- Western psychology meets Eastern medicine

- A reboot to your energy system

- A body centered method that helps release negative emotions, so you feel better

"I am a certified EFT Practitioner with EFT International. I did my training with Master Trainer of Trainers, Betty Moore-Hafter.

I am also a level 2 Reiki Practitioner and hold a BA and MA in English and Education. In my years of teaching I encountered so many families that were under stress and I wished for a way to help them.

My first encounter with EFT was seeing a presentation by Nick Ortner during the Hay House Healing Summit many years ago. When I first saw what Nick was doing, tapping on the face and body to relieve stress, I thought it looked pretty weird.

But then, I tried it. I was amazed at how quickly EFT released tension I was having about a particular issue in my life. I was hooked. I am so glad I found Betty Moore-Hafter and decided to learn more about how this process works and what actually happens in our bodies when we experience stress, which is more often than we might think.

I love seeing the look of amazement on people’s faces when they discover something they never thought of before about their issue. That’s part of the miracle of EFT. It changes your outlook on life, and you are transformed.

I was born and raised in New York but have lived most of my adult life on beautiful Cape Cod, MA where I spent many years teaching middle and high school English. I’m also a poet and writer, currently working on a trilogy based on my Italian ancestors.

I look forward to working with you and helping you through issues that may be holding you back."
