Vesna graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a Bachelor of the Arts in Biology and a Minor in Chinese in 2017. She went to AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas and obtained a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in 2021 and a Doctoral degree in 2023.

Vesna is from Maumelle, Arkansas and established a private practice as a solo practitioner in 2025. In the same year she moved to Martha's Vineyard and currently lives in Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts. She specializes in orthopedics and research in Alpha-Gal Syndrome treatment. Her hobbies include fishing, drawing, playing hockey, and trivia.
