Healing is a deeply personal process. So many of us have had an experience of illness or trauma, whether in our own life or in the life of a loved one. These experiences can result in feelings of stress that are often held in the body. Brennan Healing is designed to support you as we address these imbalances and invite you back into a balanced wellness, both physically and emotionally.

I have utilized Brennan Healing and Reiki for many years in support of private clients, hospitalized patients, and within the local hospice community. Although these therapies are not designed to take the place of traditional medical practices, they are an excellent complementary support to healing. As a Reiki Master I practiced for several years in the oncology department of Newton Wellesley Hospital and, together with a partner, created a low-cost Reiki clinic for the community in Arlington MA.

Although each person’s experience is unique, reported post session benefits have been a reduction in stress and pain, better sleep, an enhanced sense of well-being, and an increase in clarity. Clients have also used these modalities prior to surgery and for enhanced post- surgery recovery.

My background includes a six-year course of study at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, an extensive course of study at the Center for Loss and Life Transition and several years of Celtic and Indigenous healing practices. In addition, I have studied directly with Caroline Myss, a distinguished teacher in the areas of energy medicine, human consciousness, spirituality, and mysticism. I am a member of Cape Cod Healthcare and the VNA Hospice organization of Cape Cod.

My role is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can begin to investigate your personal healing. Although I do not diagnose or prescribe my profession upholds the same high level of confidentiality and ethics you will find within the medical community.
