I became interested in holistic healthcare in my early 20s and realized that tapping into the body's natural healing ability is the key to optimal health. I began my attendance at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in the Fall of 2011. While in school I took electives in both essential oils and polarity, adding an energetic element to my work. This, along with the addition of essential oils into sessions allows for many layers of the body to be effected. During an appointment I manually clear out the meridian lines using massage techniques, this allows an energetic escape route for the elements released by the muscles during a massage.

Shortly after beginning my career I got certified in Medical Massage which focuses on structural realignment leading to pain relief; even long term pain problems can be addressed. My work is extremely intuitive based with energy therapy playing an intricate role in each appointment. This ability to tune-in allows me to receive messages from the body about what is being held & why, and how to efficiently shift this muscle memory. Appointments are focused on the clients wants & needs and include a variety of modalities. Often different muscle groups require varied approaches and levels of pressure, which shifts from client to client and session to session. Results often include structural realignment, muscular ease, energetic flow and deep neurological relaxation.
